Stephanie understands that individuals may carry tension, memories, and emotions in their bodies. Therefore, our classes prioritize safety, choice, and empowerment. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive space where participants can explore yoga practices that promote healing, resilience, and self-compassion. While trauma often inhibits choice making, this class emphasizes the participant's internal experience in the moment to inform their choice making rather than achieving proper form. There are no hands on adjustments or music. Yoga mats, chairs, cushions, and additional props for comfort are welcome.

Are you seeking solace from stress, yearning for restorative sleep, or longing for connection with your innermost self? This is the group for you! Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a relaxation technique guiding participants into a state of conscious slumber. Picture this: your body completely relaxed, yet your mind remains awake and alert. Through a sequence of verbal instructions, Stephanie helps you explore breath awareness, body scanning, and heightened awareness techniques. This group is open to everyone; you don’t need to be an existing client to join, email Stephanie for more details or to sign up.
