Trauma and PTSD Support Group

Weekly support group for adults struggling with a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or those suffering from a traumatic experience that is causing significant distress. Addressing matters of hypervigilance, avoidance, reclusive and isolating behaviors, psychological and physiological reactivity, intrusive thoughts, triggers as well as feelings of hopelessness and powerlessness.
