The focus of these groups will be to help members in Learning skills for social and emotional development; Learning emotional management and impulse control skills; Developing social skills that are adaptive and healthy in order to have friendships ; Learning problem solving skills for use at home and in school ; Addressing how their behaviors affect their performance at school, self-image and self esteem, and their communication with family member and peers and teachers

Control Your Emotions- (Depression and Anxiety)
The focus of the group is to decrease the amount of time and days members feel depressed and/or anxious and to increase member's self-esteem. The group will also help members to identify current stressors/ issues that increase their feelings of depression and/or anxiety and to learn and use coping skills to manage their feelings.

The focus of the group is to provide support and psychoeducation for parents: To learn how to communicate with their children; To learn how to use positive discipline with their children resulting in improved behaviors; To learn how to develop structure within the family dynamics ; To develop positive self-image as parents ; To identify thinking patterns that affects their behaviors and parenting style with their children ; To discuss issues impacting their mental health and functioning ; Provide mutual support and decrease isolation of members via support within the group ; To improve members’ knowledge of resources in their community
