Are you a therapist in California who is finding yourself burned out, overworked, stressed out, or just having a hard time finding a work and personal life balance? Therapists devote so much time and energy towards supporting others, but there is an extreme lack of support for therapists specifically. This is why I have started this support and process oriented group. This is not a consultation group.
