Therapist Tune-Up

Join us for a much-needed break at Therapist Tune-up! This in-person event is designed exclusively for therapists and other healthcare professionals who deserve some relaxation and rejuvenation. Each meeting will incorporate a mixture of relaxation, music, creativity, and discussion about your experience. Our work as therapists can be stressful, and we don't always leave time in our busy schedules for self-care. This group is intended to be a dedicated space/time where you can focus on yourself, your needs, relaxation, and getting back in touch with your creative side.
