Therapist Expressive Arts Support Group

The Therapist Expressive Arts Support group will be lead by Megan Barbee on the third Thursday of every month. Megan has a background in dance as well as a training and continuing education in Play/ Expressive Arts Therapy. Each group will involve a short check in, a unique expressive arts activity, and space to reflect and process geared towards exploring self-of-the-therapist themes. This will be an open and nonjudgmental place to process thoughts and feelings unique to those working in the mental health field.
