The Way of Wellness
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed from your responsibilities and in need of some more time for yourself, then this group is for you. Whether you’re new to the whole health model of wellness or looking for a refresher, then this group is for you. We will have psychoeducation, discussion, and small homework assignments for the group to be meaningful. We will also review concrete actions that you can take and implement into your day-to-day life to improve your overall wellness and self-care. All About Feelings
Do your kids experience emotions in a BIG way? Or do they go "0-100?" It's time to take control of all the emotions! This group helps kids (Ages 7-11) learn about different emotions and how they experience them in the body. Each week, the kids will learn a new topic about feelings, complete an activity, and have a short discussion/review afterward. Kids will also learn different skills to help them cope with and positively manage their emotions. Methodology: Bibliotherapy, Expressive Art Therapy, DBT
