Art as stress management uses collage, drawing, and painting to create the perfect affirmation for self-esteem building, social engagement, and cognitive creative thinking. Feel your bliss and awaken the inner beauty that is you through self-expressing with art. Projects include making mandalas, mini-vision boards, and intuitive paintings. RSVP required. Usually the second Sunday of the month.
