One of the more pervasive issues that can result from trauma is Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The Borderline Experience can be very difficult for so many as they struggle with dissociation, extreme mood and affect dysreulation, getting stuck in the black and white thinking. People with BPD struggle with paranoid thinking, impulsivity and self-esteem issues. In addition, people with BPD can often feel overwhelmed, like life is out of control. This support group is designed to bring people of similar experience and provide community support. This group is open to 16 y/o and up. See website for details.
