Telemedicine DBT/CBT and Substance Abuse Groups
Skills, education and process are the three main components of this group. 4-8 individuals are in each group. I use both compassion and humor to lead the groups. My background includes inpatient, outpatient and detox groups for substance abuse. All groups are currently on zoom.

Skills in Combating Substance Abuse
I run an addiction group that meets online for 75 minutes once a week. The groups are small and focus on skills such as CBT and DBT to treat addictive behaviors and substance abuse. With compassion and humor, we focus together on how to help you help yourself with addicted behaviors interfering with your life. Groups are $60 per group.
Divorce:Mommy and me/Daddy and me art therapy
This is a support group for children, tweens and teens to work with their parents on art therapy projects while discussing a new divorce situation. This is an in person group in Portland, Maine. Please contact me for more details.
