Teenz in The City is a unique program for adolescents and young adults ages 11 to 22, with a history of social challenges and learning differences. This program focuses on refining social skills, fostering independence, developing friendships, travel training, and executive functioning skills. Teen Girls Group- Social Skills & Independence
This group is specifically designed for teenage girls who may be struggling socially or academically. (Candidates may have a diagnosis or symptoms of ADHD, Speech & Language disorder, NVLD, ASD) This group will provide its members an opportunity to work on their social skills in a supportive structured environment as well as discuss age appropriate topics of interest and concern such as friendships, relationships, conversation skills, bullying, peer pressure and social media. Fall groups will begin the week of 9/11.

Welcome to Motherhood! Are you overwhelmed? Are you exhausted? Do you want to meet new parents in your neighborhood? New Moms often have a lot of questions about their baby and how to be the best mom they can be. In this unique group, you will get the support needed to adjust to being a new Mom, while connecting with other new Moms to learn to balance this exciting chapter of life. Topics include: sleep, your relationship with your partner and the transition to parenthood, work/life balance, how to feel "sexy" again after having a child, your new identity and more
