Teen/Adolescent LGBTQ+
This group is a weekly structured support group that focuses on education, interpersonal learning, and feedback as well as treatment for anxiety, depression, social anxiety, peer relational issues, and family dynamics. This group will run for 6 weeks and will meet once a week for 90 minutes. Parent support and educational group sessions are included. DBT skills group/ Borderline support group facilitated by a therapist who specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Focus is the use of DBT skills and providing support for each other. The group is an adolescent group but also suitable for adults up to age 21. This group meets VIRTUALLY.
