Teen Talk (Group Therapy for Teens)
Join me for a talk just for teens. We’ll discuss what it feels like to have experienced a pandemic, worries, fears, friendships, thoughts about school, and many more topics specific to teens. This is a group for teens to express themselves and learn supportive behaviors for their peers and themselves. I am passionate about working with teens and has been working with teens as a coach for the last 15 years. Most people with BED go undiagnosed and people suffer in silence. I have dedicated the last ten years of my studies to creating new treatments for those suffering with food addiction, emotional eating, unquenchable cravings and the symptomatic trauma and stress thats associated. My treatment for BED combines all the necessary remediations needed to help control the binge cycle, regain control, learn new healthy coping habits to avoid the first bite or to stop eating, learn how to nourish your body with proper nutrition and the importance of exercise for metabolic health. $25/session
