Teen Talk (A Psychotherapy Group for Teens)

A highly successful process and psycho-educational group for high school age teens. A safe place for those who struggle with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, family issues, relationships or grief. Emphasis is on building coping skills, assertiveness, social skills, relaxation skills and stress management. This group meets biweekly during the school year and weekly during summer. Group has been on pause during the pandemic. Tentatively scheduled to resume summer 2022 (accepting referrals in May).
