Teen Social Skills Group

This is a 6-week process group for teens aged 13-17 years old aimed at learning how to make friends, build confidence, reduce social anxiety, and improve communication. Group size is limited to 5 members. The group's curriculum covers social anxiety, coping mechanisms, relaxation techniques, communication styles and techniques, conflict resolution skills, and active listening skills.
