Teen Social Anxiety Group

A weekly in-person group for those who are struggling with navigating social situations due to anxiety. Group members will develop an understanding for social anxiety, triggers, and maladaptive coping skills. They will have the opportunity to learn and practice assertiveness techniques to increase confident and communication skills.
