Teen Girls Group (ages 13-18)

Process group for teen girls navigating today's complicated world. We process anxiety including social anxiety,panic, low self-esteem, body image issues and negative thinking patterns. We cover issues related to depression, school stress, and parental conflict. This group is limited to 6-8 clients at a time and pre-screening is recommended for the best fit of clients to form a cohesive and supportive group environment.
