Teen Esteem

This group is designed to be a safe healing space for young people to come together and focus on issues that impact their self-esteem and sense of well-being. Here, we will problem solve and create healthy coping strategies that will help reduce stress and anxiety. Group members will have the the opportunity to develop the necessary tools they need to navigate their big emotions that lead to a positive self-image. Techniques such as journaling, psychodrama, and expressive arts will be implemented.
