Teen Art Therapy Group

I am currently offering several Teen Art Therapy groups which meet on a weekly basis in an art studio. These groups are a very special space as they explore their changing internal worlds and discuss things that may make them uncomfortable talking through in other settings. They are dynamic groups where teens are invited to be a part of the planning of activities and give feedback in activities they would like to see more/less of. The art is a starting point guiding them towards their unique creative expression.
