Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia- CBT-I
CBT-I will address sleep-related issues, specifically insomnia, as well as other mental health issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, symptoms of personality disorders) that are barriers to quality sleep or that lead to oversleeping during parts of the day not designated for "bedtime," therefore making it hard to sleep during anticipated bedtime. The cognitive part of CBT-I will address cognitions, emotions, and expectations about sleep/insomnia that can affect an individual’s quality of sleep. The behavioral part will address current sleep habits and introduce effective sleep habits (e.g. interventions). 8 sessions @ 90 min each session

Anger Management Group (virtual)
SAMHSA (CBT) evidence-based 12-session Anger Management Group. The CBT Anger Management Group will be addressing anger management issues, specifically difficulty with regulating anger and other intense emotions, as well as help the individual come up with an anger control plan. This group also addresses relaxation training as well as other cognitive interventions for identifying cues or triggers for anger, maladaptive beliefs, hostile appraisals and attributions, and inflammatory thinking. 90 min per session
