Teen + Adult Social Skills Groups (Divided by Age)
For teens (13 to 18) and adults (25 and up). We have various social skills groups divided by ages. Our groups are for clients wanting to connect more with peers, learn to be more independent and gain social awareness. We focus on helping you feel more comfortable in social settings and learning how to communicate. Our weekly themes will consist of but are not limited to: Social Cues, Boundaries, Assertiveness, Independence, Empathy and Communication Skills.

Parenting Group for Parents of Children 2 and Up
Our Live Virtual Parenting Group is for.... parents who have children that are 2 years of age or older. Parents who are tired of parenting without a guide book. Parents who want to find support. Parents who want to improve their self care routine. Parents who wants to learn new or additional strategies regarding raising their children in today's world. Parents who want to learn more about themselves and their emotions. Parents who know they have not always loved their parenting techniques. Parents who want to show up for their kids in a different way than their parents showed up for them.

Postpartum Moms Group for New and Newish Moms
Our Live Virtual Postpartum Moms Group is for Moms Who… are tired of doing everything for everyone and who tend to neglect themselves. Struggle to sleep, eat and self-care. Lack energy and have a hard time asking for help. Have lost their sense of identity in being a mom. Feel isolated, lonely and distant from loved ones. Have lost their purpose. Have forgotten who they were before being a mom. Feel as if they are not always the best mom for their baby. Have a hard time feeling motivated to do very much for themself. Want to gain support and a community.
