Taking Back Power

This will be an in-person weekly group meeting (90min) for women-identifying clients who are navigating life after trauma. Come experience empowering, safe spaces like you’ve never seen before. This group will offer a blend of skills-based/informational sessions, unstructured processing spaces, and therapeutic creative ventures (such as art therapy) designed to assist you to reclaim your power. Members of this group have goals related to finding a space to safely disclose their trauma narrative (not required) with members who "get it" and to build community with women who are warm, supportive, and empathetic.
