This is a virtual women’s group, that focuses on empowerment, blocks, and whatever is in the way of living your most authentic Life. This a jumpstart to therapy. Individual sessions must accompany the group. Each Weekend a Module is sent out- workbook and journal prompts. One night a week 90 Days, 30-35 women come together on Zoom and process a Wisdom Question regarding the topic that is in this week’s Module and Work Bookl This is powerful…. Everyone loves it!.
