Survivors of Sexual Abuse Group
This group is for young women who are survivors of sexual abuse. It is ideal for anyone who either has already done individual trauma work, or is currently in individual trauma therapy. I’ve spent many years working with survivors of abuse, and have seen a real need for a group of this sort. If you are potentially interested or have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you are potentially interested in group therapy, I would be more than happy to set up a consultation to tell you about this particular group, and the general benefits of group therapy. This group is for young adult women (approx age 19- 28), and is focused on self-esteem, depression, social isolation, anxiety, and relationship issues. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Adolescent Girls Group
This group is geared towards high school age girls, and will focus on how to navigate age relevant issues, as well as peer conflict, anxiety, depression and family conflict. The group will be co-led by psychologist, Dr. Alexandra Sredni.
