Support for Parents of CPTSD and DID Kiddos
This online support group helps parents struggling with the challenge of parenting children of trauma. Parents in this group might have an adopted or biological child of any age with a diagnosis of Complex PTSD and or Dissociative Identity Disorder. The group provided a safe place for parents to share openly about their experiences with guidance and support from a trained counselor.

Campfire Kids (Nature-Based Group Therapy)
With nature as co-counselor, kids get out and connect with nature and each other. With professional counseling leaders, the group will teach and practice social skills, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. This is an affordable way for kids with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD to receiving healing experiences with others. In addition to individual therapy, group therapy reduces shame and normalizes the healing process. Groups meet monthly in various areas around the Houston metroplex.

This online group is for kids in Texas and Idaho who live with physical disabilities and or chronic medical conditions. Kids ages 11-16 will build connections with other kids who can relate to life with physical challenges. We will cover skills for managing anxiety and depression associated with these challenges and the group will provide expressive arts opportunities for strengthening self-esteem and improving your relationship with your body.
