GIRLS Group for Ages 9-12
Based on the curriculum from G.I.R.L.S (Girls in Real Life Situations). As girls navigate through their daily life, they often struggle with so many issues and often feel alone or that no one understands. These classes help them to feel confident, gain self awareness, develop positive coping strategies, improve daily problem solving skills, including effective communication, and feel connected through healthy friendships. This group will be once a month, the 1st Tuesday of each month, starting on October 1, 2024, from 4:30-5:30pm. Each group session is $60.00

Stress is something we all need to learn to manage to have social, academic, and emotional success and wellbeing. Kristel and Denise will walk teens through understanding where their stress stems from, how to recognize it and skills to manage stress and anxiety. I Can Stay Calm-Elementary School-Sept. 2, 2024
This I Can Keep Calm Workshop will be held on Labor Day, it is to help kids learn coping strategies to manage and regulate their big emotions at home, in school and in other social situations. As kids utilize their tools they learn, it will help build confidence, improve sleep, focus and social interactions. RSVP BY 8/28/24. **Supplies and Lunch are included**
