Substance Abuse Groups
Our substance abuse program is designed to provide support, education and connection for adults age 18 and older. This group support's the client in making behavioral change within the context of interpersonal exploration. We focus on client needs in the areas of substance abuse education, coping and life skills, recovery skills and interpersonal relationships. You will learn the disease process of addiction while identifying barriers to the change. You will learn to use recovery support and community mutual help programs. This is an excellent group for those requiring treatment to meet ASAP, Court or Probation and Parole requirements.

Recovery Management Group
Recovery Management (Relapse Prevention) is essential to sustaining a client’s long-term recovery from alcohol and drugs. Identification of relapse warning signs, symptoms, and triggers that create the urges and cravings to use, is a must to managing recovery. The client will learn to identify relapse warning signs and the 10 Steps of Recovery Management. Clients will learn how to maintain life-long sobriety with integrative therapies and whole-person wellness practices. Family and relationship issues are a focus as well as a deeper understanding of past traumas and how to begin to heal.
