We will use CBT and awareness tools, motivational interviewing, and education about different addictions. The group will start as soon as we have 8 people committed to 12 weeks of group. Come join us in a small, in person, group to learning tools, and about how manage in the world of having a loved one with addiction. We will use CBT and awareness tools, motivational interviewing, and education about addiction. The group will start as soon as we have 8 people committed to 10 weeks of group. This group meets in Hartford, on the west end, plenty of parking. The group is an hour long. Feel free to take a walk at Elizabeth Park before or after.
