Stronger Together

This group is geared towards helping adolescent girls 13-17 yo who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, & relationship issues. Members will learn how to boost self-confidence, strengthen interpersonal relationships and cope more effectively with daily stressors, provide & receive support from peers around the same age, and be in a fun, supportive environment. (Most insurance accepted! Please note, clients are not required to be attending individual therapy at Nassau Psychology, PC in order to participate in group therapy. A one time intake evaluation is required prior to being admitted into group therapy to ensure we are a good fit.)
