Strong Inside & Outside

Strong Inside & Outside Group provides therapy provides guidance to teens and college age students to help increase self-esteem, reduce depression, stress and other emotional discomforts. The group focus on the mind, body and spirit to promote positive changes in all facets of life. Strong Inside & Outside group therapy takes a team approach that helps build relationships with individuals who have similar stressors resulting in the alleviation of a number of challenges including: depression, anxiety, concerns related to mood, self-esteem, social concerns, somatic ailments, stress and trauma.
