Story Group
Story Groups are based on the idea that we are best known, our stories are most fully understood, in the company of other trusted people. Group will help you find awareness of how your life experiences shaped the person you are today. If you have ever found yourself wondering "why am I like this" in the midst of relationship with yourself or others, a Story Group can help you uncover the origins of this "way of being". Come be a part of a safe and experiential way to "get your story right" and to begin to write the next chapters of your own, unique story.

Spiritual Process Group
No matter whether we are addicted to a substance, perfectionism, eating, work, smartphones or unhealthy relationships we all can benefit from taking an intentional and comprehensive inventory of our personal lives. This group is an opportunity to explore your own life and personal experiences through the tenets of the 12 Step Model in a safe and supportive environment of your peers. We will use Richard Rohr's "Breathing Under Water Companion Journal" to guide our work together over a 13-week period.
