This 10-week group is designed for the middle school student who needs support and guidance with topics such as anxiety, depression, mood, adjusting to the school year, managing expectations, relationships, using technology effectively, bullying, and overall transitioning back to school. Group members will learn executive functioning skills, time management, coping skills, mindfulness and more.
