South Asian Women's Support Group

Led by two South Asian therapists, this ongoing group aims to create a supportive space for South Asian womxn to process interpersonal, family, and cultural dynamics. Group will provide a judgement free and confidential space to share experiences, deepen understanding of yourself, and provide opportunities to give and receive feedback. Group will encourage reflection on relational styles and ways you relate to yourself and others. It aims to promote vulnerability and develop more adaptive ways of coping with stressors.
