Soulful Women: Self Care and Self Exploration
As a member of this group you will engage in various creative experiences designed to help you to connect with your emotions, reduce stress, and gain insight into yourself and your relationships. No prior art experience is necessary. This group meets once a week on the campus of Caldwell University at the Mary Jo Rolli Codey Center. This support group focuses on fostering an environment for Self-Care and Self-Exploration. Led by experienced graduate interns and overseen by licensed professionals. Starting Sept. 8th and runs through Dec. 8th. Call to register.

Creative Community Sundays
This group focuses on maintaining wellness of mind and body. The “Open Studio” provides the freedom of an art studio and the support of a clinical mental health counselor student intern. The Center is a safe, nonjudgmental space for expression, growth, and reflection through artmaking and verbal processing. Experimentation and collaboration are encouraged. No art experience is necessary! Open to the public. Call to register. Will begin starting Sept 8th and run through Dec 8th.

Fun Fridays! Kids Open Studio
Fridays in October, 4 weeks, $80 total. Kids(age 4-8) will explore being part of a community and their own unique self expression in four sessions. They will explore collage, painting, sculpture, and more! They will work together and individually develop a sense of community, inclusion, and empathy. Oct 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th: 4pm to 5pm. Led by graduate interns from the clinical mental health counseling with art therapy concentration program under supervision of licensed professional counselors and experts in art therapy. A sliding scale is available if the fee is a barrier, limited spots available.
