Social Skills Group
Growing up isn't easy, some children find daily social situations challenging. Given the natural tendency of children to learn from their peers, group therapy is an ideal venue for developing social skills. JCS offers a supportive environment that works with the strengths of each child to help them feel more confident, comfortable, and in control of their own well-being. Through coaching on social skills, we provide members the tools they need to improve their social skills in life. Groups focus on: Developing communication skills, Reading social cues, Building and maintaining friendships, Managing sibling relations, Handling frustration & Conflict resolution

Women’s Empowerment and Healing Circle
Focus: Empowering women through Tarot, Mindfulness, and Culturally Sensitive Therapy, with additional holistic practices like crystal healing. Target Audience: Women navigating life transitions, stress, or trauma. Structure: Ongoing group sessions incorporate Tarot card readings for reflection, mindfulness exercises, and open discussions to empower participants. Optional energy work or crystal healing components may also be included.

Target Audience: Undergraduate or graduate students coping with academic pressures. Structure: Ongoing mindfulness practices followed by body-based stress relief techniques. Breathwork or energy balancing techniques offered to those interested in alternative stress management methods.
