Supervision Group for Therapists
Consultation groups are facilitated by Lauren Ricciardi, LCSW & Tina Zug, LCSW-R. Both Lauren and Tina have been providing clinical supervision to Psychotherapists for approximately 7-10 years in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice & outpatient mental health facilities. These consultation groups offer community support & space for therapists to collectively share their experiences being therapists in private practice & other mental health settings. We provider clinical support to all therapist through case discussions & case formulation. Weekly groups include clinical conversation, discussions related to growing & running your own therapy practice, along with the conversations related to the challenges, questions & successes of being a therapist.

COVID Therapy Group
The Covid-19 Pandemic has changed how many of us experience, and live our lives. Four years later, we continue to see individuals experiencing a range of mental health symptoms, including anxiety and depression. This group will help clients to explore loss of loved ones, effects from quarantine life, living losses (ie. lay offs, social isolation, broken relationships, remote work/school) and living with long Covid symptoms and other health challenges. Group members will have space to share, process emotions, learn coping skills and explore long-term self care practices.
