SOAR Soulutions Optimizing Addiction Recovery

SOAR (SOULutions Optimizing Addiction Recovery) is an open-ended group for clients working on improving their lives and emotional well being in recovery from various self-defeating or addictive patterns. We address all issues that could trigger stress, jeopardize sustained abstinence, or compromise emotional health. By fostering a strong interactive process with the group members, the facilitator(s) use a variety of therapy skills including didactic, psychoeducational, and experiential exercises. The intention is to deepen recovery and foster personal empowerment. Members of this group must be pre-screened and are typically involved in individual therapy, as well.
