Body Image/Eating Disorders Therapy
This adult psycho-educational support group addresses body-image and eating disorders through the use of expressive therapy and verbal therapy. Introduction to mindfulness meditation and body-awareness exercises are guided by this therapist who is trained in MBSR and has a graduate degree in Movement Therapy.

This adolescent group focuses on improving coping skills to ease the struggle with body-image dissatisfaction. Mindfulness techniques are introduced to assist in lessening the negative styles of thinking. Expressive therapy techniques help in learning how to identify and express one's feelings r/t negative body image and low self -esteem.
