Self-esteem group for girls ages 9-12
This group will focus on key topics affecting our youth including self-esteem, anxiety, school stress and relationships. The group will meet weekly for 6 weeks every Saturday starting in April. Sessions will be filled with art and activity based as well as mini discussion groups to help teach and inspire healthy patterns. For more information please reach out!

Join our new Teen group starting in April 2024. Topics covered will include self-esteem, relationships, boundary setting, communication and social media. This group will be 6 weeks of activity and discussion based material. Great for any teen struggling to maintain healthy relationships, wanting to learn better boundary setting while reducing anxiety and increasing overall self esteem.
