Creative Reflections: Art Therapy

Through the creative process of selecting a journal or sketchbook, we will explore different techniques to understand ourselves better. It is not about the artwork itself, but rather the process of being nonjudgemental, engaging, and reflecting with like-minded people. Come join us.
