Run Club for Mental Health

Share the joy of running with other beginners, runners recovering from injury/illness, or seasoned runners who are looking to slow down and enjoy mindful runs that incorporate walk intervals. This group is inclusive to all body types, paces, and will be blending walking with running intervals. The purpose is to socialize, build self-esteem, and learn how to run for mental health. Registration is required and can be completed by visiting the website and completing the registration form.
