The ROSE Program (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for new mothers) is an incredible evidence-based program designed to empower expectant moms like you with the skills, information, and resources you need to lower the risk of postpartum depression as you embark on your beautiful journey of motherhood. Consisting of 5 sessions, the ROSE program is offered once a month, virtually. This program is especially beneficial for pregnant women in their second half of pregnancy, equipping you with the tools and knowledge you need to embrace this new chapter with confidence.
