Each session begins with somatic check-ins, breath work, and intention setting. You will learn ways to establish a connection with the wisdom of nature, thereby enriching your relationship with yourself, your community, and the environment. This group is deeply rooted in somatic experiencing and attachment theory, aiming to facilitate healing and personal development from the very core. The activities also encompass hiking, group walking and discussions, and mindfulness practices.
