ADJUSTING THE MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM CAREGIVERS The purpose of this group is to provide an empathetic space for members to explore, assess, and modify beliefs about themselves as a result of messages passed down by caregivers. The theme of reparenting allows us to review those messages and transform them into more accurate beliefs about oneself.
