Religious Trauma & Deconstruction Support Group
Religious trauma can leave deep emotional scars, affecting your sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being. This group aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find support and support through your process and find a path to healing. We'll work to learn 1) healthy boundaries around trusting others; 2) letting go of intense fear, guilt, or shame related to religious beliefs; 3) find ourselves and meaning in life after leaving a faith community; 4) accepting yourself as you are; 5) how to process past religious experiences. Community Builders for Chronic Illness Warriors
The Community Builders Group was started with the aim of providing support and friendship to individuals adults across Texas. Then we discovered the great need for those who have chronic and invisible illnesses. This group meets weekly and you can choose to join by ZOOM or in person as your body allows! Through group therapy sessions we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where members can connect, find solace, and put an end to the loneliness epidemic, especially for those who experience the extra challenges.
