It helps us sleep better, lowers our blood pressure, and allows us to respond more mindfully and appropriately to whatever comes at us. In our complex, over-stressed, fast-paced 21st century world, deep relaxation does not happen naturally or often enough. The good news is, it is a skill anyone can develop. Learn how to relax through experiential exercises including guided awareness, breath work, gentle yoga poses and mindfulness meditation.
