Non-judgemental sharing and support for adults; sharing your stuff will help others and get it off your chest; caring and listening to others will help you see your world differently. Realistically, human beings are herd animals; we need connection and non-judgemental sharing to thrive; we need to have a safe place to feel wanted and cared about, while caring about others. This is that least expensive and best form of therapy.
