ReGeneration Processing Group

This service is offered both online and in-person. It is designed to increase health literacy, improve overall health communication, and empower each person to live a functional life. The groups will meet for up to eight sessions and focus on developing perception of self, as well as building community. The themes include: chronic illness, chronic pain, addictive behaviors, caregiving, dementia, nutrition, and others.
