Rebuilding Resilience Women's Group

This group is a blend of interpersonal processing and trauma-healing with a focus on people who are particularly looking to learn more about how relational trauma (family adversity, break-ups, divorce, separation, harmful relationships of all kinds) impacts their wellbeing and their relationship to themselves and others. By building connections and community with other people living with similar challenges we will enhance our emotional and spiritual resilience and learn self-regulation skills; thereby making the change we want in our lives more possible and manageable.
