6 Week In Person Child Group: Grow Confidence and Coping: Boost your child's confidence and ability to cope with life's challenges by enrolling them in Confident Kids! This therapeutic program utilizes mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help children develop essential coping skills, build resilience, and expand their capacity to manage stress & big emotions. Through engaging and experiential activities, kids gain hands-on practice with research-backed tools proven to reduce anxiety, enhance social skills, increase self-esteem, and develop self compassion.
